The following eighteen slides
provide an eighteen step process for debate meetings from now
until the first tournament (November 20).
Sometimes you will be able to do 2-3 steps in a single meeting.
Sometimes a single step will take more than one meeting. You are
the best judge of how to pace the steps. Also you may feel that
there are some additional step necessary. Feel free and confident
to augment, substitute and replace.
